By 2004 he was recognized as one of the stars of the emerging Brooklyn design scene. In 2006 his work was featured in &#8220;Design Life Now, The National Design Triennial&#8221; at the Cooper Hewitt Museum. Jason was named one of the &#8220;Best Breakthrough Designers&#8221; by Wallpaper magazine in 2007 and a Surface magazine \u201cAvant Guardian\u201d in 2009. In 2010 he was named \u201cYoung Designer of the Year\u201d by the Brooklyn Museum. His work is a part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Arts and Design, the Corning Museum of Art and the Brooklyn Museum. Today he is recognized as one of America&#8217;s leading contemporary designers. Jason\u2019s designs often draw on everyday aspects of contemporary American culture to create objects that are sometimes as much conceptual art as they are contemporary design.
